Matthew Walsh is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department. He joined Goodwin Procter in 2006.
WORK FOR CLIENTS
Mr. Walsh has worked on a variety of matters since joining Goodwin Procter, including investor- and issuer-side private equity financings, buyouts, joint ventures, private placements of debt and equity securities, private mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate and securities law matters.
