Jennifer Sung, an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group, has experience with real estate transaction matters. Ms. Sung joined Goodwin Procter in 2007.
WORK FOR CLIENTS
Ms. Sung’s practice involves documenting and closing complex real estate and corporate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, construction, mortgage and mezzanine financings, equity financings, REITs and banks, as well as owners and developers.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Ms. Sung is a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Sung served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gregory Alarcon of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

RECOGNITION
At Loyola Law School, Ms. Sung received the First Honors Award in Torts, Conflict of Laws and Secured Transactions in Personal Property. She also received the 2007 Jeffrey S. Turner Outstanding Commercial Law Student Award from the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
