Nick Palumbo is a partner in Goodwin Procter's Business Law Department and a member of the Debt Finance Group. He represents borrowers and lenders in connection with debt financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations and mezzanine financings.

Mr. Palumbo has advised corporate borrowers, financial sponsors, portfolio companies, mezzanine lending institutions and other debt investors in connection with a variety of financing transactions.  He has extensive experience structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured syndicated loans, asset-based credit facilities, subscription line credit facilities, junior lien loans, subordinated loans, mezzanine financings and loan workouts and restructurings.

While attending law school, Mr. Palumbo was a Richardson scholar and a Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.

Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Palumbo was an associate in the New York office of White & Case LLP.
