Nick Palumbo is an associate in Goodwin Procter's Business Law Department and a member of the Leveraged Finance Practice. He represents borrowers and lenders in connection with debt financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations and mezzanine financings.
WORK FOR CLIENTS
Mr. Palumbo has advised corporate borrowers, financial sponsors, portfolio companies, mezzanine lending institutions and other debt investors in connection with a variety of financing transactions. He has extensive experience structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured syndicated loans, asset-based credit facilities, subscription line credit facilities, junior lien loans, subordinated loans, mezzanine financings and loan workouts and restructurings.

Mr. Palumbo is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
