Suzanne Lecaroz is a partner in the Business Law Department at Goodwin Procter, where she is a member of the M&A/Corporate Governance Practice and Securities & Corporate Finance Practice. Ms. Lecaroz has had experience in a wide variety of corporate and securities matters including public and private mergers and acquisitions, public offerings of debt and equity securities on behalf of issuers, securities law compliance and corporate governance matters for public companies and other general corporate matters.

Work for Clients

Ms. Lecaroz's experience in corporate finance includes representing public issuers, including, publicly traded REITs and publicly registered non-exchange traded REITS, and underwriters in transactions such as IPOs, follow-on offerings, universal shelf offerings and 144A equity and debt offerings. She also has experience in representing public companies and private companies in connection with merger and acquisition transactions.

Ms. Lecaroz has served as ongoing corporate and securities counsel for public and private companies in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing and healthcare. She has counseled these clients in all aspects of corporate governance and securities law compliance.

Ms. Lecaroz is a member of the Boston, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations.
