Natalie Kaminsky is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She joined Goodwin Procter in 2010.

While attending law school, Ms. Kaminsky was an Executive Editor for the N.Y.U. Review of Law & Social Change.

Ms. Kaminsky concentrates her practice on complex business litigation and government and internal corporate investigations. Her experience includes representing clients in the financial services and mortgage industries in litigation, including class actions. Ms. Kaminsky has also defended clients in investigations initiated by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice.

Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Kaminsky completed a year-long fellowship at the Political Asylum /Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project representing asylum seekers before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Asylum Office, and immigrant detainees before the Boston Immigration Court.

Professional Activities

Ms. Kaminsky is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
