Women's Initiative

As the first woman to be chairman and managing partner of an AmLaw 100 law firm, Regina M. Pisa has led Goodwin Procter for more than a decade. She is highly committed to the advancement of women, not only at the firm, but in the field of law. With her support and guidance, we have formed the Women’s Initiative, a task force designed to maximize networking and career opportunities for women at the firm. Our Women’s Initiative task force includes women and men, partners and associates, from every office and every department. WI-sponsored workshops and seminars address relevant topics such as professional development, training, career growth, business development and work-life balance.
